We are a family run chartered surveying company carrying out surveys and independent valuations around Kent, Surrey and East Sussex and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on local knowledge, efficiency, quick turnaround time and personal customer service.

We offer Independent Valuations, Level 2 Surveys (Home Buyer Reports) and Level 3 Surveys (Building Surveys). All our surveys include photographs of the property and any defects.

 

We are fully regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and have full professional indemnity insurance cover.

Our surveyor Matt Bright BSc (Hons) MRICS is an experienced Chartered building surveyor with a building surveying degree and passion for building pathology. He has been surveying residential property for over ten years.
