Our reports are known for their thoroughness, with Level 3 reports often spanning 90 to over 100 pages, with comprehensive photographs highlighting key property details and defects. 

 

Our service includes a pre- and post-inspection telephone consultation with the surveyor, ensuring you have the guidance and confidence you need throughout the buying process.

 

Our surveyor, Matt Bright BSc (Hons) MRICS, is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of expertise in residential properties, including historic and Listed buildings.​
