How terms fit into the process
- You ask for a quotation. Requesting a quotation does not book a survey or valuation.
- We quote. The quotation sets out the service, what it includes and the fee, and is issued with the Terms of Engagement that apply to that survey or valuation.
- You read the terms. Please read the applicable terms carefully. They explain the scope of the service, its limitations and your responsibilities.
- You confirm. If you wish to proceed, you accept the proposed instruction and the applicable terms. Your instruction is confirmed, and the contract begins, when we confirm acceptance in writing.
- We carry out the work on the agreed basis.
